ate lunch there & within 3 hours wife was very sick with the above symptoms. We ate nothing else that day so it had to be there. we both had the same identical lunch, only she had chicken tacos & I had fish tacos., wife got sick within 3 hours. went urgent care next day then sent to hospital via ambulance for overnight observation | الأعراض: قيء
