I ate here yesterday at noon (4/11/17). I ordered the plate with Chow mein, five flavored shrimp and black pepper chicken. I immediately felt discomfort and an unsettling feeling when I returned to work. My symptoms didn't appear until the evening around 6:30pm. I hadn't eaten anything else all day. The vomiting and diarrhea occurred on and off since 8pm last night and it's still occurring at 12pm today.
