Had breakfast this morning at Panera on Canal St. Ordered a chocolate chip bagel with walnut cream cheese as well as a cheese pastry. Started feeling nauseous about an hour after breakfast and have been in bathroom constantly since then. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
