I was the only person in our family of 4 who ate ginger chicken with broccoli (gluten free version) and hours later had painful cramps and liquid diarrhea. It's been 18 hours and I am still suffering from those symptoms. The only other thing I ate yesterday was oatmeal at home (cooked by me and also eaten by six other family members) the day before I ate only oatmeal (again, made by me at home and eaten by others) without any trouble.
