Went for buffet at 6 pm, Ate a salad and several slices of pizza. Woke up with stomach cramps about 3 AM. Kept getting worse stomachache so I took a couple antacids. No change and was getting unbearable. Took peptobismol. Diarrhea began about 5-6 AM I feel like I need to throw up!!! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, آخر, تشنجات, ألم المعدة
