I ate the spicy chicken sandwich around 3 pm. Didn't start feeling nauseous till about 8 pm. By 10:30 pm I was on the toilet with diarrhea. Fell asleep soon after and woke up later at 1:30 am with more diarrhea and now vomiting. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
