I ate around 2pm yesterday, 3 piece spicy chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuit and drink. It was all I've had yesterday and since. Woke up during the night violently sick with nausea and abdominal pains, which led to diarrhea and vomiting simultaneously. Back to bed and woke up again same issues at 4:30am. I did not consume breakfast or dinner yesterday so am confident this was the source. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
