Yesterday May 23rd I went there and got what I always get. The box combo with no coleslaw and a sweet tea and it came with a bread slice. Almost immediately after eating I had a stomach ache, but I didn't think much of it. When I got home my stomach felt so full and uncomfortable. The stomach ache got worse to I laid down. Maybe about 1 hr later I began to vomit.
This might be too much info, but the vomit looked like fries. Then next day today May 24, I woke up feeling sore and with muscle pain on the sides of my stomach and lower back. I hope that by resting today I'll feel better tomorrow. | الأعراض: قيء, آخر, ألم المعدة, ألم العضلات, وجع
