تقرير سلامة الغذاء: Sam's club.

Hi,almost five days ago since I bought a rice at SAMs ,after ate this two times I have pain and when I checked this rice I found the mix color rice in the package(yellow,black and white). I'm now under medical control.what can I do against this store? | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
