New lemon and herb sub with all salads. A 6" for me and foot long for hubby. We nearly met god that night. Didn't even have the strength to call the ambulance. I called the subway store the following day to let the manager know and was told "I find it had to believe, its a new item on our menu". Followed then by a half arsed apology.
