I ate lunch at 12:15. I had an Italian bmt with lettuce, olives, spinach, mayo, and mustard. Got home after work at about 5:30. Didn't start having diarrhea until about 7:30. I took a shower and then about 8 I had diarrhea again, only this time I threw up right after. I went to bed at about 9:20. Got up at 10:30 and had bad diarrhea until I threw up again.
