Ate meatball sub Thursday. Have had uncontrollable bloody/black diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, fever off and on for 4 days. Trying not to be hospitalized as my new insurance doesn't start for another week. Happened 2 years ago, same sandwich, same location.
