My wife and I got sandwiches here. I got a BMT with pepper jack, she got a tuna with american. As far as veggies I got tomatoes and she didn't. So it was either the meat, cheese or tomatoes. Either way I started feeling some stomach upset about 30 minutes after eating. I've had severe diarrhea for 3 days now. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
