My husband and I ordered a 6in sub on 03/13/19. I had the chicken parm and he had the chicken sandwich. After 30 mins, I started to have diarrhea and stomach cramps. After 4 hours, he had vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
