تقرير سلامة الغذاء: Subway.

Bought a 6inch sub on Italian bread, meatballs , cheese and toasted, had onions on it. My cousin also had the same, and not long after ate it she complained of a bad stomach, well later on approx 1am around 12 hours since I had the sub which was all I had eaten, I started vomiting, had temperature, I was violently sick on more then 8 occasions, aswell as having diarrhoea. Still cannot eat anything as it goes straight through. :( | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
