I only ate from Taco Bell yesterday, it was my only meal. I had a chalupa and nachos. Within 4-5 hours I fell ill. Severe abdominal cramping, vomiting and diarrhea. I feel miserable and awful. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
