Went to taco bell got a taco and went home ate then got the shits I mean the runs very bad my stomach started to hurt very bad my boyfriend told me I got food poision which I look it up I had all the signs I was sick for two days couldn't keep nothing down I was getting sick and had a fever I ate taco bell three weeks ago it was on a Thursday | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
