Stopped at Taco Bell for lunch. 3 hours later had diarrhea and vomiting. It's now 3am and still vomiting. It's the only thing I ate so I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning. Going to MD in the morning. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
