I stopped at Taco Bell on the way back to St. Catherines hospital after my just gave birth to my daughter. I ordered a number 6, (2 beef supreme chalupas and a crunchy taco with a side of the spicy ranch sauce. Within an hour I became extremely ill with obvious signs of food poisoning forcing me to leave my wife and newborn behind at the hospital. I was constantly throwing up with diarrhea and extremely dehydrated and cold for most of the night. I will never visit a Taco Bell again to say the least. | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
