Thursday night I went for 1x Steak chalupa and 2x hard tacos supreme. Symptoms started the next morning. I had/ still have severe nausea, diarrhea and loss of appetite. Can’t get out of bed without the nausea getting worse. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
