About 2pm. Ordered a Mexican pizza w/o meat. Stomachache about an hour later w/ nausea. Then vomiting. It is one am now and I still have an extremely upset stomach. Did not have breakfast or lunch earlier so nothing else would have made me sick. Drank water with meal. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
