Ordered a T5 (hard taco and nacho with ground beef) last night (Dec. 22, 2016). Got home and ate the taco and about 1/3 of the nacho around 10 pm. Woke up around midnight with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and within an hour a lot of vomiting. Today I remain dehydrated, feverish, and with frequent diarrhea. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
