I went to taco bell for dinner last night. I got the chalupa meal with a doritos locos taco. About one hour after i ate it i went to lay down for bed only to notice mu stomach hurting and cramping and i started to feel nauseous and break out in a sweat. I couldnt sleep the whole night. The next morning i was on the toliet with diarrhea and stomach cramps and very nauseous and running a fever. I keep going diarrhea and i feel like i am going to vomit. Im also 30 weeks pregnant.
