Ate at Taco Bell Wednesday April 6, 2016 night for dinner. Woke up on Thrusday morning April 7,2016 at 638am with profuse vomitting. Never stopped vomitting until 130pm on Friday April 8,2016. Today is day 5 and Im still not able to eat much at all. Stomach is still upset. Please help correct this problem. | الأعراض: غثيان, حمى, قيء
