June 2, 2016 I ordered a Steak Cantina Bowl, Fresco. Order was wrong because guacomole was in my bowl so I took it out. I ate at around 11pm. At about 5 am I woke up with nausea and vomited until my throat was sore and I could no longer swallow. I believe the steak was contaminated.
