Had two soft tacos and a nacho chips and cheese. Within 2 minutes of eating it, I could hear my stomach going crazy and we had to rush home. Severe diarrhea and nausea ongoing since eating Taco Bell. About 12 hours after eating, vomiting began. Great way to ruin a weekend.. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
