Got Mexican breakfast. Dark roasted salsa looked kind of funny. I asked the guy who worked there for fresh salsa. He gave it to me. Was the only thing I had that others with me didn't have. Come 3pm I was sick. Currently throwing up and diarrhea every 10-15 minutes. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
