Ate the chicken meal on the Newark to Heathrow daytime flight yesterday. About an hour after eating started to feel sick, stomach very tender. Diarrhoea started soon after and vomited my entire stomach contents later in the flight. Then got shivers and chills and still have diarrhoea nearly a day later.
