I ordered Nasi Lemak Set and black coffee on 3 dec around 12 noon from The Royals Cafe (Siglap) via grab food. I had food poisoning after that and still suffering now. Was my only food yesterday. Just visited the doctor this morning. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
