I ordered an Ernie's Power House sandwhich (grilled shrimp, grilled pork, bacon, grilled mushrooms, provolone & pepper cheese, olive salad & "wow sauce" on a sesame seed bun which was delivered to my residence on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 5:30 pm. I proceeded to consume the sandwhich and have suffered severe food poisoning/diarrhea starting at 7:30 pm and has continued to 12:00 PM on Monday January 7, 2019. | الأعراض: إسهال
