Ate chicken donburi around 4:30pm, by 6:30pm I had stomach cramps and 7:30pm diarrhoea. Diarrhoea and cramping continued into the evening. Managed to sleep but have woken up with same symptoms.Suspect it was the rice as some was lukewarm, not hot
