We stopped at McDonald's at 1pm on Saturday April 2. We bought 2 happy meals and 5 single burgers. My daughter did not eat any of her meal.

I ate a Mcdonalds #4/Angus with bacon and cheese. An hour or so after I ate this product I started to feel not well but it was late so I went to bed. I woke up to moderate abdominal pain and diarrhoea.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان
