I went to the DR 1/31/2019 - 2/4/2019 on my last day there I began to feel sick. When I arrived at home I was violently ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, fever (106) dehydration and delirious.

Fell ill last 3 days of trip. Saw doctor at the resort (roughly $500 USD), he took a shotgun approach - said it could be salmonella, parasite, or extreme dehydration. Was able to make it back to the US where I visited my physician, did a stool sample, and confirm that it was salmonella.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, الجفاف
