大约四年前我们住在这里。我花了一天的时间浮潜，当我们回到酒店时，我在晚上 11 点左右睡觉。到了凌晨 1 点，我出汗失控了，进出睡眠了。我妻子说我整晚都在呻吟。我的寒意难以忍受。凌晨五点我妻子问我们是否应该打电话寻求帮助。我告诉她让我再睡一会儿到了早上 9 点我感觉就像一百万
美元。我把它归结为可能吞下盐水。但是现在我听见有人有同样的经验，它使我手臂上的头发站起来。这个不错的度假胜地一直遇到这些问题真是太糟糕了。我希望我的经验能在某种程度上帮助弄清楚发生了什么。另外，我没有使用迷你吧，但确实参加了为我们公司举办的聚会，活动期间有饮料。

I went to the DR 1/31/2019 - 2/4/2019 on my last day there I began to feel sick. When I arrived at home I was violently ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, fever (106) dehydration and delirious.

I got sick throwing up, diarrhea, nausea 2 and a half days into my trip. May 21st 2019- may 26th 2019. I went to the ER when back in US as well as the walk in when I still wasn’t getting better. I couldn’t eat of drink… 更多

5 月 18 日至 22 日，我访问了多米尼加共和国（尼克度假村）。5 月 20 日晚上 10 点左右，我在他们的深夜酒吧喝了些酒后开始感到不适。几分钟之内我不得不跑到洗手间，得了爆炸性的 diahrea。那天晚上，我有严重的胃痉挛、diahrea、出汗和恶心。我每小时要去洗手间 2-3 倍。我的凳子是亮黄色的。第二天早上，我们打电话给前台，他们告诉我，除非我有旅行保险，否则他们不能治疗我。我告诉他们我没有，所以他们说要花我 180 美元才能被看见。当时我没有那么多的钱可以支付。21 日整天我都被床上了。我不能喝水，我点的只是客房服务的面包，但是每次吃饭时，我都会得到爆炸性的 diahrea。那天晚上我试图去参加他们的白人派对，但拒绝吃饭，不得不回我的房间，因为我感觉虚弱。5 月 22 日，我离开度假村飞往奥兰多，在飞行前我有爆炸性的 diahrea。diahrea 持续了 3 天，我不得不带 Iodium 来帮助阻止我在抵达奥兰多时自己上厕所。我减掉了大约 10 磅。接下来的一周我又生病了，不得不停工。我的朋友也生病了，但没有我那么严重。

Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace - An All-Inclusive Resort, Dominicus, Dominican Republic

Fell ill last 3 days of trip. Saw doctor at the resort (roughly $500 USD), he took a shotgun approach - said it could be salmonella, parasite, or extreme dehydration. Was able to make it back to the US where I visited my physician, did a stool sample, and confirm that it was salmonella.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 脱水
