ذهبت إلى ناندو الليلة الماضية وأمرت بلف دجاج وبعد نصف ساعة بدأت أشعر بالدوار قليلاً اعتقدت أن هذا هو أنا فقط. في منتصف الليل كان يعاني من تشنجات, والقيء والإسهال بدون توقف والآن يتم نقلي إلى المستشفى.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, الدوخة, تشنجات

I had lunch yesterday at Shake shack and had the smoke burger- I didn’t have any breakfast so I’m certain it was that. About 2 hours later I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhoea, I couldn’t keep any water in my stomach all night and had severe stomach cramps. كان لدي دجاج فراشة مع الهريس وانتهى بي الأمر في المستشفى مع الإسهال والقيء والغثيان. كانت معدتي تعاني من أسوأ تشنجات شعرت بها على الإطلاق. ظلت المستشفى تسألني «أين أكلت؟» كنت مقتنعًا بأن الطعام لم يكن هو الذي فعل هذا بي حتى استمروا لمدة 8 ساعات وجاءت نتائج دمي.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
