My son had a zinger double down burger yesterday for lunch. He has been vomiting every 10 mins throughout the night and has upset stomach and a temperature. I’m pretty sure it’s food poisoning from the kfc.  | الأعراض: حمى, قيء

The fish was in Cajun dressing I noted a very peppery taste. Within 15 mins felt sick. Then within seconds rushed to bathroom diarrhoea and vomiting. This slowed they I had very high fever terrible pains in stomach. They vomiting again. Then diarrhoea etc all through the night.  | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
