I had a egg mc muffin delivery in the morning. And my noon when I was driving home. Had to swerve and get out to vomit all over my self. When I got home I was so fatigued that I took a nap. When I woke up I threw up again. And now I have major diarrhea  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
