توقفت لتناول طعام الغداء بعد ظهر أمس لفافين من الوجبات الخفيفة المشوية. ثم أصيبت الليلة الماضية بتقلصات شديدة في المعدة والغثيان والإسهال والحمى. كان قشعريرة طوال الليل. استمرت الأعراض حتى اليوم وبدأت الآن في التحسن.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, تشنجات, قشعريرة
