أكل الدجاج ألفريدو كان آلام في المعدة سيئة بعد ساعتين القيء، حمى المعدة يشعر وكأنه الحصول على تقلصات مفتوحة ممزقة سيئة، والغثيان مثل الجحيم. 4 أيام في وقت لاحق شعور أفضل قليلا ولكن الخوف من كل الألم لا يزال هناك.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء, تشنجات, ألم المعدة
