اليوم في 1/23/16 الساعة 6:30 مساءً. لقد طلبت قطعة من 6 قطع دجاج، برجر تشيز بيكون جونيور وعصير الليمون متوسط الفراولة. بعد حوالي 1 1/2 ساعة شعرت بالغثيان ثم تقيأت بسرعة. لقد كنت أتقيأ منذ ذلك الحين مع الإسهال، وأشعر بالضعف حقًا  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, ضعف
