بعد ساعات قليلة من زيارتي لماكدونالدز أصبت بغثيان شديد وتقيأت عدة مرات، إسهال وتشنجات في البطن

أكلت في ماكدونالدز في نيدر إشباخ يوم الجمعة 22 مايو. بعد ذلك بوقت قصير شعرت بغثيان خفيف. يوم السبت ازداد الأمر سوءاً تدريجياً. في المساء كان لدي حمى 39.4 درجة مئوية. حتى قبل ذلك كان لدي آلام في البطن والرأس والجسم تزداد شدة. أخيراً بدأ الإسهال أيضاً.… شاهد المزيد

i went to get a junior McChicken a few hours ago and right when I got home, I was getting really bad stomach issues and I’ve been having the poop since fever shaking nauseous puking very dehydrated.
