Comí en McDonald's en Nieder Eschbach el viernes 22 de mayo. Poco después tuve náuseas leves. El sábado empeoró progresivamente. Por la noche tuve fiebre de 39,4°C. i went to get a junior McChicken a few hours ago and right when I got home, I was getting really bad stomach issues and I’ve been having the poop since fever shaking nauseous puking very dehydrated. i ordered a frappuccino at around 11pm on the 18th may, i started to feel my stomach aching but thought nothing of it, woke up the next day at 5am with vomiting and diarrhoea, later on the day my temperature rose and i had a fever. i had to cancel two days of work because of this  | Síntomas: Náusea, Diarrea, Vómitos, Dolor de estómago, Fiebre, Escalofríos, Cefalea
