Monday 12/17/18 I had steak rice bowl with only queso, lettuce, sour cream. Just an hour after eating I started to feel sick. I spent every couple hours in the bathroom with diarrhea and finally threw up at 3:30am. I still feel nausea and missed work Tuesday. Probably missing Wednesday as well.
