I had a medium cheese pizza 2 days ago. Had stomach pain and diarrhea yesterday. Then last night I puked multiple times and had a lot of stomach pain. I think it's the pizza as my sister had the same pizza and is having the same experience and the pizza is the only thing we both ate.
