Shared a medium mushroom and cheese pizza with a friend on Friday night. I ate less so I was only ill until Saturday around 3pm but she is still sick now on Sunday. I had diarrhea, but my friend has diarrhea, vomiting and nausea still.  | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
