Cold shelled shrimp on salad bar. Have eaten dozens of times before no ill effects. Shrimp CLEARLY had been sprayed or contaminated with poisonous cleaning or other fluids. Passed out withing 5 minutes of eating about 5 of them. Projectile vomiting. Rescue Squad called. Could see employees…
