I ate half of an octopus empanada from a Swiss Bakery and have spent the past 4 hours rushing to the toilet throwing up and with diarrhea. Since it started at 3am there’s nothing but acid to throw up.  | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
