I purchased a 5 meat pizza last night and ate around 8:15pm. Around 3:00am, I have been having bowel movements every 30 minutes until 8:00am.

I ate 3 pieces of pizza and have been on and off the toilet with gut wrenching cramps all day now. It was all I had to eat couldnt have been anything else.
