Friday Dec. 27, 2019 I ate at the casino brunch buffet approx. Between 11:30 am and 130 pm..I had a meat and tomatoe sause serving from the area that the gentleman dishes it out to you..the only other items I had were ice cream and the desserts..…

Eating at a casino buffet, Approximately 2 hours after getting home he complained of severe abdominal pain. He started vomiting/diarrhea around 1:30am last night and never stopped until 6am this morning. He vomited and had diarrhea continuously every 2-3 minutes.
| Symptome: Erbrechen, Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit
