I work at McDonald's and the only thing I've eaten since Monday is McDonald's. Last McDonald's ate Wednesday 4/5/16 at 2PM and had symptoms on Thursday 5/5/16 at 6.30am  | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
